Receptionist
The School Sisters of St. Francis is currently looking for an experienced part-time Receptionist to be responsible for answering phones, authorizing access and greeting employees, tenants, guests, and vendors of the St. Joseph Center, Maria Linden and the School Sisters of St. Francis.  Light clerical work will also be asked of this position. Previous experience is preferred.  This is a part-time position.

NURSING POSITIONS:

CNA
We have two (2) openings for a CNA to work 40 hours per pay period on our pm shift, from 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m., with every other weekend and holiday rotation at our Sacred Heart facility, located in Milwaukee, WI.

  • Candidate must be registered on the State of Wisconsin CNA Registry possess current Wisconsin certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Ability to read, write and speak English is required

LPN

We have one (1) part time position for a LPN to work at our newly remodeled Sacred Heart facility; 48 hours per pay period. Hours are 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation.

At School Sisters of St. Francis, our staff get to know and interact with those they serve while assuring quality of life - physical, social, psychological and spiritual. This position is looking for an individual who would fit our compassionate environment caring for retired women.

Responsibilities include working within a team structure, using strong nursing skills in responding to situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocols.

Current State of Wisconsin LPN License is required.

Nurse Advocate
We have a part-time, 32 hours per pay period need for a Nurse Advocate to work at our newly remodeled Sacred Heart facility. Hours are 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation on first shift!

This position is not benefit eligible, but it could be if willing to work 32 hours on first shift and 8 hours on the pm shift, 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m., which will make this position benefit eligible at 40 hours per pay period.

  • RN/BSN preferred
  • Experience as a charge nurse, case management or care coordinator
  • long term care experience a plus
  • computer literate with email, word and excel
  • critical thinking skills
  • maintains confidentiality

We have a part-time, 72 hours per pay period position for a Registered Nurse to work at our newly remodeled Sacred Heart facility. Hours are 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation on the pm shift.

  • RN- Associate/BSN preferred
  • long term care experience preferred

Food Service Aides
We have four (4) openings for Food Service Aides with varied hours. These positions require working every other weekend and holiday rotation. Some of these positions are benefit eligible.

  • Food service experience preferred.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
