Data Services Specialist
Our Mission Advancement department is looking for a full-time specialist who enjoys focusing on data, using computer applications, and being part of a highly productive team.

The Data Services Specialist is responsible for all gift and donor data entry needs for the International Office of Mission Advancement and producing gift acknowledgement letters. The position also provides general administrative support to the department performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements include:

  • Experience using relational database applications.
  • Ability to type and enter data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills for coding and proofreading with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, especially creating letters and performing mail merge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially creating spreadsheets and applying math and logic formulas.
  • Working knowledge of creating simple queries and import/export functions.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player when special projects are required.
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or fundraising software a plus.
  • Education:  Post high school required; college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an office environment; 2+years database entry preferred

Food Service Aide (4)
3:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m., Two 21 hours per pay period positions available.
One 55 hour per pay period positions available.
One 72 hour per pay period position available.

CNA (2)
2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. 40 and 48 hours per pay period needed.

Hair Stylist
The School Sisters of St. Francis in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a part-time hair stylist to meet the hair care needs of their retired Sisters residing at Sacred Heart. This is a flexible position at 8-12 hours per week; Tuesday, Friday's and Saturday's; either mornings and/or afternoons.

  • Experience in working with a geriatric population preferred. Must have a current unencumbered driver’s license and a current Wisconsin Cosmetology license.
  • No Chair Fee
  • Give advice on how to maintain a hairstyle
  • Explain the best ways to maintain hair health and why it is important
  • An understanding of the different types of hairstyles a person can request and how to achieve those looks
  • Experience using different types of scissors, trimmers and other tools to create hairstyles
  • The ability to communicate well and understand the look that is wanted, even if the technical terms for a certain style are not known
  • This is Contract based position
