The School Sisters of St. Francis ("The Community," "we" or "us") provides a variety of online services and products to its users on the website currently located at www.sssf.org (“The School Sisters of St. Francis” or the "Site"). Purchases on the School Sisters of St. Francis 

When you make a purchase on the Site, we require information from you such as name and shipping address, as well as financial information including a credit card number and an expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.

In our effort to provide you with services customized to your interests, we use "cookies" to assist in the collection of information. A cookie is a small data file containing information such as a user's login name that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. The Community neither controls nor endorses such Linked Sites nor have we reviewed or approved any content that appears on such Linked Sites. You acknowledge and agree that the Community is not responsible for the legality, accuracy or inappropriate nature of any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such Linked Sites. You further acknowledge and agree that the Community shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, and services available on or through any such Linked Site.

Security

The Site uses reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. The Community cannot warrant or guarantee the security of its servers, nor can it guarantee that information that Site users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to the School Sisters of St. Francis over the Internet. When our registration/order form asks users to enter credit card numbers, that information is encrypted.
