Can I walk or run to meet my distance goal?
You can complete the Movin’ 4 Missions step challenge at whatever pace and intensity level you feel comfortable with.
Yes, the Movin’ 4 Missions step challenge can be outdoors or indoor, in any combination. Whether you’re on a treadmill, walking at work or school, or simply taking steps around the house, it all counts toward your goal.
Can people sponsor me online?
Can someone sponsor me and pay by check or cash?
We’ve created a handy, printable pledge sheet that allows you to add the names of family, friends, and co-workers who want to sponsor you by check or cash. It makes it easy to keep track and when the challenge is complete, you can mail in your checks and cash to the sisters.
When will I receive my shirt?
You will receive your official Movin’ 4 Missions event shirt by mail about 3 weeks after you register, so we encourage you to register right away.
When can I start and what is the deadline?
The Movin’ 4 Missions step challenge begins on Monday, May 1 and concludes on Wednesday, May 31.

How often do I need to log my steps?
You can log your steps as often as you like, We recommend logging your steps daily because watching your progress is a great way to stay motivated as you get closer to reaching your step challenge goal!
I'm on a team. Do all of us need to log the same number of steps?
No, everyone on your team can step at their own pace and ability. That’s what makes the Movin’ 4 Missions step challenge so much fun: all ages and abilities can team up to reach your team step goal.
