Provincial Assembly 2007

The School Sisters of St. Francis held their United States Provincial Assembly (P.A.) on the campus of Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, March 9 – 11, 2007. The Provincial Assembly is the legislative body that sets direction for the U.S. Province and elects the Provincial Leadership Team.
It was an open assembly and there were 108 voting delegates plus approximately 40 voice delegates and other voice participants, involving one associate, and other guests included in the table discussions. Many other School Sisters and associates attended as observers.
The March P.A. included business sessions about SSSF health care facilities and the election of a Provincial Leadership Team that will oversee the U.S. Province for the next four years.
