Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan bids farewell to sisters and staff

Archbishop Dolan and Sister Hermandine Treptow On April 3, Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan bid farewell to staff of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, the School Sisters of St. Francis, and School Sister staff members at a Mass in St. Joseph Chapel at the motherhouse in Milwaukee. Archbishop Dolan was installed as Archbishop of New York on April 15th. The resident-sisters who live at St. Joseph Convent presented a card, as did the School Sisters of St. Francis leadership teams. A gift of homemade apricot-filled cookies was given to Archbishop Dolan by Sister Hermandine Treptow (see photo). The sisters also sang the “Prayer of St. Francis” blessing for Archbishop Dolan.
