The General Assembly 2006 mandated that the International Leadership Team establish an international committee to update Response in Faith. The update should reflect Franciscan values, both in the text and the artwork; it should also include what is happening in today’s world.

The committee will meet at the School Sisters of St. Francis motherhouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from August 15 – 20, 2008.  Sisters are involved from each of the five SSSF provinces in Europe, Latin America, North and South India and the United States. The committee met once before in June of 2007 in Germany. The committee members are:
