Circle of Prayer

The Circle of Prayer is our tribute and memorial program.  The program includes a memorial gift given to the School Sisters of St. Francis in memory of a deceased person, or a tribute gift to honor someone on a special occasion. A Circle of Prayer card is provided for you to send to the family of the deceased or to the honoree, letting them know of your thoughtful gift.

The gift of prayer is one of the most joyous presents we can share with each other and our sisters keep those loved ones in their prayers. The honoree’s name will be added to a special memory book located inside the historic St. Joseph Chapel and will be remembered in special Masses held in the Chapel. 

Your gift supports the mission and ministries of the School Sisters of St. Francis, including the care of our retired sisters. 

There are three kinds of tribute and memorial opportunities available in our Circle of Prayer.

1. A perpetual tribute or memorial card allows for the honoree’s name to be lettered on a beautiful enrollment card and then sent to the honoree to let them know of your special gift in their honor or memory.  A $30 suggested minimum donation is requested for the perpetual remembrance. 2. A Chapel memorial plaque engraves the name of your loved one(s) on a plaque placed in the entryway to the St. Joseph Chapel.  A minimum gift of $500 is suggested for this unique honor which provides the funds to maintain our sacred treasure. Online order form
    
3. Circle of Prayer sympathy card and inserts are available to accompany your personal greeting card to a living friend or family member, or with a condolence card to the family of a deceased loved one. A $10 suggested minimum donation is requested for these Circle of Prayer cards. Order online
