Maryhill Manor — Niagara, Wisconsin
For 40 years Maryhill Manor has responded to the health care needs of the elderly who live along the Wisconsin/Michigan border. Since 1986, when the School Sisters accepted sponsorship and built a new 75 bed skilled nursing facility, Maryhill Manor has become known for its compassionate approach to care and rehabilitative services in assisting residents to return home. Today, Maryhill Manor remains the only Catholic-affiliated provider of rehabilitative and long-term care services in the area.

St. Clare Management, established in 1989, is committed to providing essential services to ensure that low-income elderly or persons with disabilities can live an independent life style safely and respectfully in their communities. Management services are provided for residents living in 8 HUD subsidized apartment buildings in Milwaukee, Caledonia, and Cudahy.

Three Oaks Circle — Milwaukee, WI
Three Oaks Circle, opened in 2003, is a collaborative housing ministry of the Indian Council of the Elderly, the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, and the School Sisters of St. Francis. This HUD-subsidized senior housing development consists of 48 one-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors who are at least 62 years old. It is managed by Capri Communities.
